Our heritage
Over 50 years ago, pappou & yiayia planted olive trees in their grove in Messinia - a place they called kalpaky.
Yiayia wore her mandili to shield herself from the sun. Pappou carried his komboloi to the kafenio after long days in the grove.
Like most in the region, the next generation now tends the same trees.
Kalpaky honours Messinia's heritage by supporting local communities and
sharing its traditions.
